Ozil has been frozen out by Mikel Arteta and may seek new pastures with his contract due to expire in the summer.

The German has previously underlined his intention to see out his current deal, but the American club have tabled an attractive offer in an effort to lure him.

DC United are willing to expand Ozil’s M10 brand across the country.

They have also offered to further his ’39 Steps Coffee’ brand in their Audi Field stadium as well as making him the face of the club.

Ozil was left out of all Arsenal’s squads by Mikel Arteta and has not featured all season.
