Henshaw Ogubike, Information Director, Accountant-General of the Federation’s office, made this known in a statement on Thursday.

The review, under FR.107 (n), will ensure only approved forms bearing treasury numbers are used for transactions.

Inaugurating the inter-ministerial committee to handle the review, Nigeria’s Accountant General, Idris Ahmed, told the members to identify all treasury forms and documents presently in use.

Ahmed directed them to come up with new formats in line with the public financial reforms.

The AGF said the committee should recommend additions or deletions of the contents, assign relevant number systems to the treasury forms and review the documents in line with GIFMIS operations.

Ahmed advised that they be guided by government’s quest for adoption of e-governance and full deployment of ICT solutions on public finance reforms initiatives driven by the treasury.
