Fenerbahce boss gives update on Ozil’s move from Arsenal

There are reports that Ozil is close to completing a move to the Turkish club, after holding talks with club directors in a video conference this week.

The 32-year-old is said to have agreed to sign a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Super Lig side.

When asked if Ozil will be a Fenerbahce player soon, Bulut refused to confirm the reports, but admitted the situation will be sorted out imminently.

“Mesut Ozil’s situation will become clear in the coming days,” he told Bein Sports after Fenerbahce’s 2-1 win against Alanyaspor on Thursday.

“Mesut’s name is very common. It is not possible for me to make a comment before he comes.”
